We are seeking a Licensed Signature Account Manager to foster and maintain good working relationships with high net worth clients. Provide full-service customer service and support to new and existing high net worth clients and risk management, service and account rounding responsibilities. The Account Manager will work as part of a team whose unwavering focus is attending to the unique personal insurance needs of our Trident Signature Insurance Customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain good working relationships with high net worth clients.
- Research and answer client and underwriter communications.
- Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues.
- Process policy changes, renewals and cancellations.
- Handle claim and billing inquiries.
- Work with existing clients to identify additional needs.
- Foster and maintain good working relationships with insurance company underwriters.
- Provide quotes and sell needed coverages.
- Train and stay up-to-date on carrier policies
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
Performance Expectations:
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Qualifications:
Education / Certifications:
- Licensed in Property and Casualty
Experience:
- 3-5 years in personal lines customer service.
- Preferred work history with high net worth clients.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverage's, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes
- Thorough knowledge of all personal lines of insurance products
