As SIOP & Master Scheduling Senior Manager, you will oversee the coordination of production schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operation across multiple Business Units. You will work to develop and implement a company -wide Master Scheduling process that is methodical and data driven. You will work with each of the Business Units to determine optimal inventory levels, safety stock, turn targets, etc. and train the staff on how to own and manage the system driven processes locally.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with the sales, global sourcing, and operations departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve customer needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within each business unit to develop and implement appropriate inventory strategies and forecasting processes.ly.

• Develop the framework and ongoing oversight of standardized master scheduling processes across all business units that drive actions to achieve On Time in Full (OTIF), Productivity, Capacity, Revenue, Op income and Inventory performance commitments.
• Build, maintain, and automate key reports and dashboards used for monitoring inventory levels, turns, dead stock, working capital trends, etc.
• Facilitate periodic forecasting meetings with sales, operations, purchasing, and customer service staff.
• Contribute to the development of business system initiatives and enhancements.
• Enable, Support, Promote and champion change based on Lean principles and behaviors like leadership standard work, accountability, kaizen, and coaching, rapid problem solving and tier meetings.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities Requirements:

• A self-starter with a high degree of motivation who can work with minimal direct supervision
• A “CAN DO” attitude
• Significant experience leading highly dynamic, complex projects that impact organization-wide operations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment and working across organizational boundaries to ensure successful project implementation
• Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written) and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in a related discipline
• MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain forecasting/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge ERP/MRP and Supply Chain Management Information Systems – SAP Preferred
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Up to 40% travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
