DAVIS is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator who is responsible for assisting in the provisioning and maintenance of the DAVIS jobsite environment; improving jobsite productivity, moral, efficiency, quality, and safety through improved jobsite organization and site standards; and the management of a preferred vendor program for key suppliers and service providers.
Here’s what you get to do:
- Act as a liason between the vendors and the internal Teams regarding project set up
- Responsible for working with operations leadership to establish and enforce jobsite standards such as trailer setup, worker amenities, site security & logistics, and waste management
- Perform product research and comparisons; making recommendations to and make recommended product selections
- Continually explore and communicate new solutions and products that cost effectively improve the jobsite experience
- Participate in project kick-off meetings
- Update DAVIS Supply House with new product options and services and promote new offerings
- Assist with Yard inventory to anticipate future product demands
- Provide monthly analysis of DAVIS Supply House sales and expense
Here’s who you are:
- Minimum 2 years previous office experience
- Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and interact effectively at all levels within the organization and with external parties
- Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, and to work independently
- MS Office – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience
