ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Part Time Sleep Assistant for our Madison Avenue office location.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain approval for sleep studies from insurance carriers
• Learn and use an electronic health record to document approval status
• Must be able to work 2 days per week (10 - 20 hours weekly)
• May also be asked to
  • Administer sleep study devices in office (instruct patient how to use, collect agreement forms from patient)
  • Communicate with patients to coordinate device pickup and return

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records
• Experience interacting with insurance carriers for obtaining approval for tests

Hourly rate: $20/hr
