We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Manager to establish and operate a brand new smoothie place. As the Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to build a thriving business from the ground up. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the establishment, from setting up operations and hiring staff to creating menus and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Business Establishment:

Conduct market research to identify optimal location, target audience, and potential competition.
Develop a comprehensive business plan, including financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational policies.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Procure necessary equipment, furniture, and supplies to set up the smoothie place.

Staff Recruitment and Training:

Recruit and hire a skilled and motivated team, including smoothie baristas, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
Develop training programs to educate staff on smoothie preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Menu Development and Inventory Management:

Create a diverse and enticing menu of smoothie options, taking into account customer preferences and nutritional value.
Source high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers, ensuring freshness and sustainability.
Implement inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and control costs.

Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the smoothie place, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the smoothie place and attract a loyal customer base.
Establish partnerships with local businesses, health clubs, and community organizations to increase visibility and reach.
Utilize social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels to engage with customers and promote the smoothie place.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the establishment's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Establish pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
Implement effective cost control measures to optimize expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
