H2 Health is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to build and grow its online presence and SEO through platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Constant Contact. The ideal candidate will work with our Brand Manager and sales team to implement the current marketing strategy and support them in the field. The candidate will have the option to work at the corporate office or work a hybrid model (3-4 days from home and 1-2 days from corporate).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or similar field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with business-related social media management.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience and expertise in organizing, and executing successful social media campaigns
• Demonstrated success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms resulting in greater followers and audience engagement
• Understanding of social media KPIs; Assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Experience in designing online graphics in the platform of your choice
• Must be self-motivated but also able to effectively collaborate, work in teams and build good working relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge and familiarity with WordPress, Constant Contact, Adobe Illustrator, video editing
• Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
• Flexibility to travel to gather content
• Must pass required background checks

Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan & develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram (to include Stories), LinkedIn, and future social platforms) for multiple H2 Health brands (20+ pages)
• Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
• Work jointly with others to develop and amplify campaigns conducted throughout the company to include company messages and partnerships
• Respond to audience and customers on social media (customer care best practices & engagement)
• Create graphics and copy for organic and paid social media posts
• Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience.
• Some evening and weekend work will be required due to the “always on” nature of social media
• Monitoring and optimizing all social media ads across brands
• Some travel to clinics for content possible
