R ole - Marketing Assistant: Communi cations, Community & Social Media

We are looking for a marketing assistant whose interests lie at the intersection of beauty (skincare and makeup), ecommerce, and digital marketing/advertising/ performance marketing. Brand: Ellana Cosmetics

Role: Marketing Assistant - Communications, Community & Social Media

This role works closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and the
Communications Officer.

Role: Support ongoing activities for Communications, Community and Social
Media with specific focus on Tiktok and Facebook Groups.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing digital communities & social media accounts including but not limited to:
Content Planning, Scheduling & Publishing
Copywriting-writing captions and content for creatives
Metrics Monitoring and Performance Analysis
Coordinate with creatives and creators for outputs needed for socials
Build digital relationships by using social profiles to interact with partners, customers, etc.
Ensure that communications are in accordance with brand guidelines prepare regular reports: weekly, monthly participate and contribute to creative brainstorming of marketing team for campaigns and tactics
Temporarily perform the duties of the Communications Officer when needed (i.e. when Communications Officer is on leave)
Other assistive marketing related tasks as assigned

Qualifications: must present yourself and communicate with confidence
Above average written English proficiency
Able to communicate well verbally in English
Able to communicate well in Filipino, written and verbal is savvy with digital tools - able to learn how to use different technologies independently has some experience in managing or coordinating projects or events

A plus if you: have taken classes or courses on marketing/digital marketing or graduated from a marketing course

have experience managing social media pages/accounts or digital communities have your own small business selling online publish your own personal content online (content creator / influencer, any topic) have Meta and Google certifications or assessment scores

Work Arrangements: entry level role suitable for fresh graduates or young professional working for 6-18 months applicant must reside in NCR, work is primarily work from home, however you will be required to attend field activities (shoots, meet and greet, etc.) as needed.
Monday to Friday, 8 hours flexible time between 8am-8pm
Target start date: as soon as June 1 if possible

Salary: Php17,500.00 per month net
