We are are looking for detail-driven social media expert who is collaborative, intellectually curious and passionate about their craft. You must be fluent with Instagram and Linkedin content creation and management. We want/need anambitious and curious social media strategist to join our digital marketing team. The primary purpose of this role is to boost and increase our agency's brand via social media.

Details:

As a Social Media Specialist (with design skills) you’ll primarly work on our building our brand and social media presence. We are eager to use social media get more exposure for lead generation and recruitment. We work with a wide range of clients within different verticals, from mid-side to enterprise digital properties that get millions of monthly web visits. We have wonderful assets and examples of our work, clients that we can use to as promotion material. As a valued member of our team, you get to work closely with talented team members across all digital departments.

Worth noting:

Although most of this role is based for our own internal marketing needs, our clients are exciting, respectful and our portfolio includes organizations such as the American Red Cross, Executive Office of the President, Barnes & Noble and The University of Pennsylvania and much more.

As a social media strategist, it’s critical that you demonstrate an understanding of social media while creating and providing a strategy and execution that can increase our brand exposure. Your research and understanding of emerging trends in both digital and technology is important so we can together confidently advise our own internal teams on both industry best practices and emerging approaches.

• Ability to create content and media for instagram, linkedin and other platforms.
• Must be able to use design tools to create the assests needed for the social platforms
• Assist other digital strategist(s) during strategy projects
• This is a task oriented role working directly with other Senior and Director team members, based on the strategy direction for both internal and client projects
• Conduct content audits and market research
• Must be a great writer

Between the lines: It's a must that you come with a background in design, content creation and/or social media. Familiar with design tools and processes of designing for social posts is obvioulsy a criteria. Experience in conducting relevant industry research and using analytics tools is a no brainer.

By the numbers:

This role’s salary will range based on experience ($55k and UP), in addition to company-offered benefits. Actual compensation for this role is dependent on factors, including but not limited to skill set and experience.
