WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will gain exposure to:
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining new software programs
- Working directly with Design Engineers throughout the design cycle to understand complex systems and identify potential risks to design and security
- Developing and sustaining automation frameworks for efficient troubleshooting/analysis of products and software, especially for complex technical designs.
- Actively participating in the project management process by providing accurate estimates, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met.
- Participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Conducting root-cause analysis and debugging communication protocols using automated programs.
- Migrating legacy tools to new software programs.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development process using Agile.
- Understanding and improving schemas for database technologies (tables, rewriting stored procedures, latency, performance, etc.).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming languages such as C#/Java/Python
- Grasp of web development/automation technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Selenium, HTML and CSS
- Understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB
- DevOps: Familiarity with AWS cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD desired
- Preferred Majors: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science and related majors
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Excellent influencing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player – able to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
