Expectations:

You are expected to participate in the morning sales meetings (virtually ), and work at least 5 hours a day. Since this is a commission job with no ceiling, what you put in will be what you get out!

Responsibilities:

As an Appointment Setter and/or Closer your job is to set appointments for your Team Lead to sit in. The Appointment Setter position is the entry level role for new salespeople. This role allows you to perfect your skills on many people a day, coming across all types of situations. Due to the amount of conversations you will be having, you will hear every smokescreen, objection, and rejection in the book. However, due to our reputation and our polished sales script leads very often turn into appointments and sales. If handled correctly, you will progress to Sales Consultant with 1-3 months.
