Job Summary:

The Solutions Engineer serves as a key resource for supporting external clients as well as internal teams in both planning and executing MCIM platform configuration and customization. This role requires an ability to facilitate, lead and coordinate technical discussions and drive through all phases of solution development. You will be focused primarily on data architecture, gathering business and technical requirements, assessing customer needs and delivering world class solutions.

Job Responsibilities

● Leading the gathering of functional requirements, developing technical specifications

● Driving and influencing cross-functional technology solutions with operations, development and product architects from across Fulcrum

● Acting as the technical leader and subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow colleagues, employing technical expertise in driving decisions, and solving challenging programming and technology design problems

● Partner with Operations, Development and Product stakeholders to plan, commit, manage and continuously improve the MCIM Platform

● Ensure company best processes are followed and ensure quality assurance through rigorous design and checklist reviews.

Preferred Requirements of Ideal Candidate

● 5+ years in a technical lead capacity.

● Experience designing, evangelizing, and scaling large scale, consumer facing web and mobile applications.

● Experience writing technical requirements and working with teams to support implementation to production quality code.

● Experience with Salesforce.com administration platform

● Demonstrated ability to establish technical leadership in highly volatile environments for critical customer implementations

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with more junior team members to raise their skill level through mentoring and project experience.

● Experience interpreting integrations/ designing REST/SOAP web services
