Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Solutions Subject Matter Expert - MHS GENESIS.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide advanced Peer-to-Peer engagement with DoD Solution Owners and VA Solution Experts in support of review, endorsement, and/or validation of DHA changes to the system on behalf of the Coast Guard.
- Provide advanced Peer-to-Peer engagement with DoD Solution Owners and VA Solution Experts in support of review, endorsement, and/or validation of Coast Guard changes submitted to SaAB, Joint CCB on behalf of the Coast Guard.
- Provide the customer with final tier of escalation above local Super User, Sustainment Trainers and Ticket Liaison support for governance related issues prior to engagement and escalation to DHA.
- Support translation and development of the customer's specific policy instructions, manuals and directives related to Coast Guard use of the MHS Genesis system.
- MHS GENESIS subject matter expertise support shall focus on (but not limited to) the following core components of the MHS GENESIS solution suite:
- o RevX/RevCyle
- o Dentrix
- o Power Chart
- o Pharmnet
- o Pathnet
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience must show strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
- Must have five (5) – ten (10) years in related experience in:
- Experience providing guidance to implement and sustain healthcare improvements required.
- Experience offering expertise to support efficiency and effectiveness in a large-scale Integrated Health System.
- Experience supporting VA or a federal government health-related program is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related discipline required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Skills:
Graduate degree preferred: MBA, MHA or in healthcare related discipline.
