Job description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will prioritize sourcing efforts based on the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition. Directly source Talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels.

• Source passive and active candidates from job boards, our internal applicant tracking system (Workday), the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, or any other combination of marketing mediums as established by integrated recruitment and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative approaches to identify, attract, and engage high quality candidates, while pursuing cost containment options.
• Partner with the Talent acquisition team about sourcing techniques and effective strategies, devising effective strategies to uncover top Talent in our various markets.
• Review candidates who have applied to requisitions and identify those with the qualifications to be phone screened.
• Conduct phone/video screens of candidates and professionally present candidates to clinical Recruiters which includes summary, CV and intake form.
• Enter All new candidate demographics, CV history and education information into Workday and update workflow.
• Provide Director of Talent acquisition weekly sourcing activity report to include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities and initiatives Participate in meetings with the Talent acquisition team to Discuss new requisitions, priority postings and confidential searches.
• Work closely with marketing Team. Support clinical Recruiters in meeting and exceeding defined goals.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in sourcing and/ or recruiting
• Healthcare experience preferred
