As Sous Chef, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high-volume of guests. You must have a proven track record of preparing meals and accurately following recipes as well as working quickly and efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience rotating tasks so that you are able to work on many different types of recipes and tasks during one shift. We're looking for candidates with the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and superiors so we've made the job application process streamlined and simple.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen line and catering.
• Must have inventory and ordering experience.
• Oversee day to day activities
• Train other staff in proper cooking techniques.
• Prepare dishes as ordered.
• Prepare food using recipes and techniques learned in culinary school.
• Follow food preparation procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow all kitchen safety procedures while cooking food.
• Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
