Help manage and support the team to ensure the highest level of customer service
and satisfaction. Responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations of Spa.
Responsible for assisting Director with any activity deemed necessary for the
typical functions of the Spa department.
Requirements:Responsible for the efficient operation of the Spa, creating a positive,
smooth, well-run operation.

- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
pertaining to this position, the required duties as well as department
requirements.

- This position is required to work Weekends and Holidays and at times
may be asked to work overtime
- Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are being met best.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort Team
and Management
- Assist with Retail ordering, ensuring the Retail area is always staged for
maximum buyer impact
- Count and submit inventory every month.
- Create, submit, and order POR.
- Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy, and ability to handle
difficult situations. Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism
- Assist with maintaining an up-to-date Spa back bar and retail inventory.
- Participate in any activity deemed necessary for the normal operations
of the Spa department.
- Coordinate with Director and Human Resources on projects
Communicate effectively with Director, Spa Receptionists, Therapists & Estheticians
- Must familiarize and maintain department education with all Spa Retail
- Responsible for helping to find shift coverage when necessary
- Ensure phones are answered within 3 rings and proper verbiage is used.
- Assist with the evaluation process
- Assist with any special assignments as required.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures asked of by the Director.
- Assist with Billing disputes.
- Assist with submitting Payroll
- Maintain and refine opening and closing procedures as needed
- Co-ordinate with Bathhouse, Housekeeping, Hotel Maintenance departments, and managers
- Co-ordinate with Hotel Front Desk and Concierge
- Co-ordinate with vendors regarding spa training.
Must have a High School Diploma/GED, college degree preferred. Proficient
knowledge of Staffing – How to direct employees and assign duties according
to their job description, Money handling, Customer Service, How to handle any
accidents, conflicts, incidents, and what protocols should be followed in such a
case. Must have an understanding of Employee Relations, and scheduling. Must
perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to
communicate effectively with The Springs Resort team and Management. Must
be customer service oriented and be able to greet guests in a professional and
friendly manner creating an excellent guest experience. Will be required to
work evenings, weekends, and Holidays. Computer Skills required, experience
with reservation systems preferred. Leadership experience in Spa and
Hospitality preferred. Must adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety
regulations set forth by The Springs Resort.
