Synergy Face + Body by Travis Shaw, MD is seeking full-time Medspa Coordinator! The ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, and ready to serve as a brand ambassador. Our Medspa Coordinators oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish and educate clients on treatment options and products. Compensation begins at $17.00/hr.

- Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
- Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member
- Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
- Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
- Intelligent booking using Millennium software
- Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
- Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house
- 2 years of high-end customer service experience
- 1 year of medical aesthetics experience
- Must have a positive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Impeccable personal appearance
- Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
