We are seeking an energetic and reliable AssistantSpa Manager at our beautiful spa in South Jordan!

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will help direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. Our ideal Assistant Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.

In this position, you are responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations focusing on achieving sales targets (especially that of running the Spa Associate/Front Desk team) and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. - Spa experience is a plus, but not required! We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits

- Perform analysis that drives business decisions and success

- Help analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to manage profitability

- Manage spreadsheets and documents; experience with Microsoft Office and equivalent Google software a plus

- Use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision

- Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation

- Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue and profits

- Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises

- Help Manage inventory effectively

- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints

- Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations

- Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures

- Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards

- Manage the Spa Associates/Front Desk staff, including working at the Front Desk to drive sales and maintain excellent customer service

- Ability to work full-time with nights/weekend availability

- Support the Manager and Owners as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
