Essential Functions
Typical:
- Conduct intake meetings with research participants and coordinate participant progression through the project.
- Consults with and assists key members of project staff in solving specific problems encountered by project members.
- Leads data collection and data analysis for project participants
- Consults with team regarding plans for research designs and the development of instrumentation for data collection.
- Participates in the interpretation of research findings and in the preparation of reports of final results to the directors of the organization.
- Evaluates the work of junior research staff.
- Attend meetings related to the ongoing project.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis with clinical and research eperience in the treatment of challenging behavior. (degree must completed by Jun 1, 2023 to be considered)
- Must have Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification by 8/1/2023.
- Experience with antecedent interventions and function-based interventions for individuals with autism.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 1 year of telehealth experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiver coaching.
- At least 6 months of research experience.
- Experience implementing behavior analytic tools in diverse settings such as school, camps, community, etc.
