The Ride United Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting overall program execution and continuous improvement for the Ride United program.
Ride United is a supportive service offered by United Way that mitigates transportation barriers to obtaining and maintaining employment, accessing needed resources, and participating in supportive programs. The service provides access to on-demand rides as well as direct mobility supports to resolve underlying transportation barriers such as car repairs, resolving traffic tickets, reinstating driver's licenses, and vehicle purchases. The program is executed by a cross-functional internal team with support from external technology consultants and vendors and in collaboration with referral partners.
- A bachelor's degree in human or social sciences, social work, nonprofit management, public policy/administration, economics, or a related field, is preferred
- Experience (work or academic) conducting Excel-based data analysis is required.
