We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - SLPA to join our growing team! The right candidate should crave the freedom to make their own schedule, must enjoy working with children/young adults and strive to provide the absolute best therapeutic services to Texas' medically fragile children!
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - SLPA you will take the lead in delivering exceptional clinical care wit ha personal touch. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of services in our patient's natural environment.
Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 per year, DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plan for clients as established in the Plan of Care.
- Inform the supervising Speech Therapy Pathologist of changes in patient status.
- Record the treatments given, reactions and responses and other relevant information in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Texas State License in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Texas Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, Automobile Liability Insurance
- Current CPR Certification

Are you a new graduate and/or new to Pediatric Home Health?
Our Company strives to ensure success with our mentor program. Each new member for the program is required to spend time with their mentor co-treating one on one. Members with previous experience may be able to shorten the minimum requirement to meet their needs as agreed upon with management of the clinical staff. At the completion of the mentor program you will begin a gradual transition to your own case load. Through the mentor program you will learn techniques specific to pediatrics, time management skills, how to manage schedules, effective ways to interact with families and caregivers, as well as company policies, procedures, and software systems.
