Better Days Therapies is an expanding practice and looking for a motivated, passionate, and FUN speech-language pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team! Responsibilities:

· Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' speech/language abilities and/or feeding/swallowing needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

· Write detailed reports and maintain proper documentation of patient information, including the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge.

· Collaborate with therapy teams using a multidisciplinary approach to enhance patient care treating the patient as a whole.

· Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and patient goals and/or family goals.

· Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to help patients progress towards goals.

· Communicating with patients' families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes.

· Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to ensure carryover of learned skills.

· Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

· Driven and motivated for professional development by having a strong work ethic to succeed as a speech therapist and assist with further growth of Better Days Therapies of Augusta.

· Rebounding from setbacks when faced with difficult situations.

· Innovative by creating new and better ways for Better Days Therapies to be successful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
