Join Trumpet Behavioral Health’s Salinas Speech-Language Pathology Team!
As a Speech Language Pathologist with TBH, you will be a part of the early intervention assessment team. This interdisciplinary team assesses children with developmental delays ages 0 to 3 years old in our Monterey County area and develops treatment plans based on assessment outcomes. With this in mind, you will administer assessments, document and interpret data to generate reports and create outcomes tailored to the child's specific needs. Families are seen in our clinic or their homes. This is a full-time or part-time position Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a lot of support and flexibility to our team members and pride ourselves in making this a collaborative space while encouraging our team members to be autonomous and self-sufficient.
ABOUT YOU
You are a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with prior clinical and school-based experience providing speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 years. You can commit to our teams and families by believing deeply in the mission and values at TBH. You know the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of speech-language therapy. You have the ability to meet our credentialing process and supply us with your CAQH number upon acceptance of the position. You are passionate about everything you do and love watching your clients reach new heights!
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or higher
- Ability to travel between home visits and the clinic
- Active LSP license
- Clinical and school-based experience providing SLP services
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Here are some of the more specific areas where we need your expertise:
- Conducting speech, language, and hearing diagnostics
- Developing goals and treatment plans with or without supervisor assistance
- Analyze and interpret data from the diagnostics and assessments to develop appropriate individual learning goals and recommendations.
- Collaborate with regional centers, teachers, social workers, or others to best meet the needs of all families.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
