Sports Administrative Assistant

The Sports Operations Assistant will manage all administrative duties for their assigned teams and report to the Executive Associate Athletic Director, Sport Administration, SWA (WBB, GYM, MSOC, SB, WRES). Duties include but are not limited to preparing University forms for payments, reimbursements, purchase orders, disbursements, travel, and business expenses, assisting administrators, staff, and coaches with individual and team travel arrangements, assisting coaches with recruiting travel, managing appointment calendars, and other clerical responsibilities such as preparing memos, answering phones, and ordering office supplies. Previous experience in a fast pace office is strongly preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement as determined by the University.
Must be proficient with current technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a fast pace office is strongly preferred.
