The Club at Mediterra, an extraordinary private club, located in Naples, Florida is seeking a Seasonal/Part Time Sports Club Front Desk Attendant (October 1st – April 30th) to join our team.

Job Summary: The Fitness Desk Attendant’s job duties include being the welcoming face of the Sports Club Fitness Center. Candidate must be a fitness-minded professional, hospitable, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction.

Job tasks/duties includes, but are not limited to:

• Meet and greet members and guests in a timely fashion and provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests throughout the fitness center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the exercise floor. This includes but is not limited to re-racking weights, straightening and re-aligning equipment, and putting away/ hanging resistance bands, ropes, and other fitness equipment.
• Conduct regular facility rounds during assigned shifts including a walk through the locker rooms and group exercise room.
• Ensure all supplies are adequately stocked on the fitness floor and the fitness office. Inform the Fitness Director of any needed supplies.
• Spot clean equipment to ensure a great first impression when members arrive at the machines.
• Record equipment in need of repair or service and inform the Fitness Director of any facility repairs.
• Assist in folding and keeping towels stocked.
• Contribute as a team member towards promoting and improving the health and wellness lifestyles of our members.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned within the department and fitness center.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid State issued Driver’s License.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays).
• Professional conduct and image must be adhered to at all times.
• Health and Fitness or related field of study preferred.
