POSITION DUTIES: Elicit and capture business needs, documenting associated project risks, assumptions, and constraints (25%). Develop business requirements partnering closely with digital strategists, cross-functional groups on functional requirements, technology leads on technical requirements, and the QA team on test plans and acceptance criteria as part of digital experience implementations (40%). Assess the current state of business processes and technical capabilities to document gaps and provide recommendations (10%). Leverage context of client specific requirements and knowledge of platforms (CMS, CRM, ERP, PIM, API) to advise client (10%). Mentor junior team members (5%). Collaborate with internal project team leaders and key client stakeholders to ensure successful execution (5%). Assist in creation of standards for requirements documentation and user stories (5%). Utilize: Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Information Management (PIM) like Sitecore and Salesforce, Application Programming Interface (API), JIRA, Bigazi, Confluence, Oracle Cloud Commerce, Mulesoft, Demandware, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Axure, and Atlassian.

REQUIREMENTS: At least a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related technical field, and three (3) years of experience as a business analyst (any title), including formulating strategies for business processes throughout the software development lifecycle to manage operational resources across multiple large projects; creating conceptual Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and process maps; eliciting requirements and performing business process analysis; implementing statistical analysis and predictive modeling to analyze complex data; creating test scripts and scenarios; and utilizing Sitecore and/or Salesforce, Bigazi, Oracle Cloud Commerce, Axure, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and Mulesoft.
