- 8 plus experience of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Sales force expertise will be great skill to consider
- Experienced in Pharma commercial domain
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
- Understanding of agile Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, agile Manager, Rally
- A proactive, analytical, and self-organized Agile Practitioner
- Excellent team player and team builder with strong excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to quickly understand the business strategy and objectives
- Good coaching, training, mentoring skills and highly organize
- Experience with Product management, Agile delivery teams and understanding of Agile Principles and Values
- SCRUM, SAFE certified
