Do you enjoy providing excellent service and building strong internal relationships? We need energetic senior systems engineering professionals to join our DevOps team. If selected, you will be a part of building and supporting a variety of applications as part of an expanding DevOps team using the newest technologies. We need someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and watching junior team members grow and flourish. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, well-spoken people who are service-minded, competent, reliable, and flexible
Duties & responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Perform and collaborate on troubleshooting.
Guide and improve performance tuning and capacity planning
Contribute to trending analysis as well as security remediation and hardening.
Providing direct server, cloud, and application support during various operations such as deployment and general production
Investigate and drive automation of release and builds.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any environmental issues
Responsible for maintaining and building support documentation
Provision cloud resources to support app dev teams
Share knowledge and mentor other engineers on the team.
Conduct and share research on emerging DevOps products and processes to enable and support constant improvement.
Achieve and/or support company performance goals.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Participate in meeting sharing experiences and providing feedback on architectural concepts, proof of concept, proposed solutions, and process improvement
