Our organization is seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant to join our office and provide financial support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be able to work independently and in teams, and have excellent organizational skills. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and providing assistance with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit financial statements and reports.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries and other accounting documents.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other related tasks.
• Advanced in Excel
• Quickbooks
• Sales tax
• Cash reconciliation
• Financial analysis
• Data Entry
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
