Responsibilities:

Remley Law, S.C. located in Neenah, Wisconsin, part of the Fox Valley / Appleton area, is seeking an accountant to assist with the preparation of client income tax returns and trust returns and other financial client projects, in addition to assisting with various bookkeeping and related internal administrative functions of the firm. This is a year-round position.

Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered as the position may be adjusted based upon the qualifications of the candidate and the suitability of various tasks. Work will be on-site, primarily Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm. The availability of some remote work will be discussed at the interview.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred, but Associates Degree may be considered
• At least 2-3 years of experience in preparing tax returns is preferred
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, we can count on you to be on time, prepared and present
• Detail oriented and prides themselves on proofreading their own work product
• Strong communication skills for regular contact with clients and co-workers
• Self-motivated independent problem solver
• Positive attitude, pleasant to be around in the office and when communicating with clients
• Honest, ethical and will keep client information confidential
