The Staff Accountant will support accounting procedures to ensure Foxconn’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and deep knowledge of regional laws/regulations. They will be responsible for accounting procedures and processes, ensuring financial compliance, and providing general financial guidance.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and documents as required.
• Review and process daily accounting activities and documentation filing in SAP.
• Collect and review vendor information for account setup
• Coding of fixed assets and verifying documentation for supervisor approval.
• Record and monitor AP/AR transactions daily.
• Generate AR reports/weekly AR due invoices follow-up and prepare monthly intra-company rebilling activities.
• Support supervisor and cost management team about month-end closing activities
• Perform bank reconciliations/ Assets CIP and related party's reconciliations
• Reconcile general ledger accounts balances and maintain sales ledger
• Verify finance team weekly AP payment proposal and support accounting manager as needed.

Education and Ideal Experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ years of work experience in the field of Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent computation and accounting skills.
• Quick learner of or experience in the SAP accounting system.
• Ability to multi-task daily.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Being analytical and a problem solver.
• Detail-oriented and independent.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
