TITLE: Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Recruitment and/or staffing experience preferred.
- Possess qualities, skills and characteristics that lend themselves well in a dynamic recruitment and staffing environment
- Proficiency in technology usage
- Proven leadership and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills
REPORTS TO: Operational Services Administrator, Supervisor or Designee
JOB SUMMARY: To Implement a sustainable recruitment and staffing plan for substitute school personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
2. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and needs.
3. Source candidates.
4. Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
5. Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Strategy to attract high quality applicants.
6. Review applicants to ensure qualifications for position requirements.
7. Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy.
8. Assist in candidate screening and interviewing.
9. Assist in new employee onboarding.
10. Assist with new employee orientation.
11. Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations.
12. Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
13. Maintain confidentiality, protect sensitive information, and set/maintain professional boundaries.
14. Work as a team member.
15. Exhibit strong decision-making abilities.
16. Relate in a positive manner to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
