We are currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities: Staffing Coordinator
- Oversees the implementation and management of the schedule
- Utilize the software provided (COVR) to create master schedule
- Fill shift openings and replace when staff call-in
- Act as customer service liaison for the facility employees
- Contact residents to ensure that all of their needs are met and the experience is positive
- Assist residents, family members and visitors with any special requests or arrangements
Qualifications and Skills: Staffing Coordinator
We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-2 years' experience preferred
- Ideal candidate will have current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Professional enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Shows initiative in daily work
