We are seeking a staffing specialist to join our Lewiston, ME branch. The staffing and recruitment industry is experiencing unprecedented demand right now. This demand will be very strong for years to come due to labor shortages.
Job Duties:
- Interviewing and recruiting both temporary and permanent placement candidates.
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork.
- Generating job postings.
- Providing account management to our clients.
- Coordinating interviews and negotiating pay.
- And other tasks as needed.
Qualifications Needed:
- Outgoing personality is required. You will be working with people as a core function of your job.
- Stong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Outlook, and Word experience.

- Sales, customer service, and HR are all good fits.
M-F 8am-5pm (no remote opportunity)
$17-18 an hour plus commisions. Estimated $2,000-$5,000 in commisions and bonuses your first year.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
