Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Source candidates from various job boards and websites
- Set up and conduct interviews with job candidates
- Match candidates with available job openings
- Communicate all relevant information to clients and job applicants
- Make phone calls and send emails to clients checking on staffing needs
Qualifications:
- Any previous experience in recruiting and interviewing preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
