JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Overnight Stocking/Cleaning Team Member is to deliver guests a wonderful experience behind the scenes of the restaurant. A Team Member will receive proper training in their role and should be able to carry out all expected tasks of each position within their area. This can include unloading truck deliveries, cleaning floors or maintaining equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and Health Inspection Standards. Ensure that guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence

• Perform tasks at a pace that can keep up with the demands of the business

• Show up on time for scheduled shift

• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders

• Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance and professional dress
