We’ll rely on a real “pro” like you to receive and execute work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and building physical structure.

Under general supervision of the Director of Engineering, the successful individual will be responsible for the safe and proper operations of all aspects of the facilities systems, including HVAC, electrical equipment, electrical distribution and fire protection systems, boiler plant maintenance, chiller plant, plumbing, and all machinery and physical structure. Beyond ensuring a safe, timely and high-quality operation, you’ll also:

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules
• Maintain high-pressure boilers and associate equipment, including regulating boiler water/feed water testing and treatment
• Order engineering supplies, parts, tools, and equipment
• Manage compliance with administrative and regulatory policies/requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• High School or Trade School Diploma
• Current Stationary Engineer License
• At least 5 years of experience and full responsibility for plant operations and maintenance, including electric and welding
• A valid Certificate of Fitness to maintain and operate inside fire alarm system, sprinkler with booster pump, air compressors and supervision of medical gas bulk
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
