Job description
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
- Set up three bay sink with detergent, rinse, and sanitizer.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware in the appropriate location.
- Maintain all dish and food service equipment storage areas.
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster and designated times.
- Assist with food prep when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- MUST have at least 6 months of similar experience.
- MUST have reliable transportation.
- MUST be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- MUST be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- MUST have excellent attendance!
Pay $15-$18 based on experience.
