The Challenge:

Our Stock Supervisors thrive in the retail environment creating an amazing experience for our customers. Our Stock Supervisors are a key player in engaging our customers with our product by making sure that inventory is received, stocked, and maintained for our sales team. As the Store Supervisor you will assist training and maintaining our stock team to run our stockroom(s).

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

· Previous retail and/or customer service experience.

· General knowledge of shipping transfers and replenishment

· Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.

· Enjoy being part of a team environment.

· Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

· The ability to safely lift 30 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
