Primary Responsibilities

This position will manages all timelines, budgets, conference calls, approvals/submissions, and project libraries for store design projects. In addition this person will hire and manage preferred vendors for millwork, lighting, review all technical drawings from architects, fixture fabricators, and GC assist in management of architects and interior designers throughout project life spans and maintain the Sub-Zero Group store design libraries for application on all future projects.

• Manages timelines and budgets for all new builds and refreshes in brick and mortar retail
• Writes timelines for each design/construction project
• Leads construction and design calls for key stakeholders on each project
• Gathers approvals and submission needs between internal team, vendors and clients.
• Hires and Manages national vendors for Millwork, Lighting, Construction, Electrical, Etc.
• Reviews all construction drawings and millwork drawings for design, construction, and code concerns (electrical, plumbing, ADA compliance, etc.)
• Maintains an accurate library of all construction drawings, finishes, and notes
• Audit existing displays and coordinate improvement
• Create and manage project budget
• Manage approximately 8-12 projects per year
• Travel requirement is 30-40%
• Reviews site conditions for upcoming projects
• Accurately captures dimensions and detail needs for vendors, if requested
• Reviews final execution by construction, design, and fabrication vendors
