We are looking for an Hourly Manager/Store Supervisor for our company store. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by supporting all aspects of store operations and ensuring customers receive excellence in service and product quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.

· Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met. Assist Manager in the implementation of development plans for staff.

· Be able to effectively work and train all positions in both the front and back of the house.

· Execute store opening / closing procedures and daily / weekly reports.

· Manage and monitor labor and makes adjustments to staffing based on the demands of the business.

WHAT WE THINK YOU’LL NEED:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Good understanding of kitchen/restaurant operations experience equivalent to 1-2 years’ work experience.

-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

-2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior supervisory experience recommended.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Physical dexterity and mobility to perform demands of the job. Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies. Back of house positions may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.

-Driver's license and transportation, with Required Driver certification.
