Job Summary:
Seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer with a customer focus mindset to join our Human Resources Team. The Strategic Talent Sourcer will partner with the Recruiting team to provide proactive external sourcing of talent for clients nationwide. Additionally, the role requires that the Talent Source place qualified candidates with urgency and assist in building a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs and assist with the movement of the candidates through the recruitment process.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the recruiters to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs to assess needs, identify key talent, and screen candidates against accurate and objective criteria, including hard-to-fill open roles.
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate
  • Identify and implement creative and targeted search and marketing strategies or technologies that will drive successful pipelining of both active and passive candidates
  • Proactively develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet-based resources as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact, responsiveness, and accessibility with candidate connections to relationship build, sustain rapport, and address questions/concerns.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates
  • Recommend a shortlist of applicants based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application
  • Assist with internal/external posting of new positions inside NRGs Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors). Includes entry of pre-qualifying questions into each approved requisition prior to posting
  • Partner with Recruiting/HR Managers to conduct hiring manager intake interviews for each newly posted position to effectively strategize and execute recruitment and hiring.
  • Manage a small requisition load from beginning to offer extended.
  • Provide collaborative recruitment support for non-FTE roles such as Internships and Co-Op positions
  • Actively participate in projects staffing-related activities including but not limited to ATS Automation, Diversity & Inclusion, and process improvement.
  • Support the recruitment team with interview scheduling, events and administration when required

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years successful work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter Sourcer or similar role where advance sourcing strategies were applied to recruit talent.
  • Experience leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder and Glassdoor to
  • Experience leveraging social media for recruitment (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, Human Resources discipline
  • 4 years successful work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter Sourcer or similar role where advance sourcing strategies were applied to recruit talent.
  • Experience sourcing technical niche talent
  • Experience sourcing diverse talent.
  • Experience creating military and veteran sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with colleges and universities to source talent.
  • Experience in one or all of the following sourcing techniques: FlipSearching, XRaying, PowerSearch, ZoomInfo
  • AIRS Certification: CIR, ACIR, CDR, and/or CSSR
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), SAP SuccessFactors

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with standard DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC laws and regulations
  • Understanding of work authorization statuses for U.S. employment
  • Ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills
  • Team player with ability to be flexible/adaptable to rapid change

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
