StreetEasy is looking for a Strategy & Operations Program Manager to drive innovation in our product and service offerings for real estate industry partners. The Growth Strategy team at StreetEasy delivers insights to the broader organization and works closely with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute on strategic growth areas for the business.
This role will report to the Director, B2B Growth Strategy, and support product and program strategy and execution. We are looking for an analytical and team-oriented professional who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment. Program Managers partner with StreetEasy’s Product, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and Industry teams to support new business initiatives, product innovation, and operational improvements as we scale.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Tackle complex problems to build the future of real estate in New York City, while changing how New Yorkers buy, sell, and rent for the better
- Develop business and product recommendations based on sound analysis, business intuition, and commercial judgment
- Build analytical frameworks and models to optimize strategic decisions, and define the metrics to measure business impact
- Design, launch, and test experiments and pilot programs
- Lead new initiatives and positively impact the growth trajectory of StreetEasy’s business
- Coordinate multiple teams to establish the scalable processes needed to support new products and business models
- Contribute to the long-term strategic vision for StreetEasy’s customer offerings
Who you are
- 3+ years of business strategy experience at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth consumer or technology company; experience developing and/or refining sales strategy is a plus
- Self-starter with outstanding critical thinking, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with stakeholders across levels and lead through influence
- Organized, independent, thorough, and adaptable multi-tasker comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing projects and priorities
- Ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story by connecting customer difficulties, industry dynamics, and business needs
- Interest in product innovation, online marketplaces, and / or residential real estate is a definite plus
