As we continue to grow our value-based care business, we are looking for a self starter who is creative and passionate about activating and engaging members in our care model.
The role reports to the VP of Engagement and Growth and is a unique opportunity that combines strategy and implementation. It is a cross functional role that collaborates closely with leaders across the business including Clinical Operations, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Applied Sciences. The Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for developing cutting edge outreach and activation strategies, coordinating efforts across functions to deliver an omni channel approach, and ensuring that we meet our member activation targets.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Strategy development: Develop and refine our Activation Strategy that enables us to maximize our reach and engagement with members and achieve our Activation targets in support of the business's clinical and margin goals
- Implementation: Design and implement programs and initiatives e.g. content and messaging, outreach approach etc., in line with the Activation Strategy
- Stakeholder management: Work closely with all cross functional teams and leaders to ensure that teams are delivering on all enablers and dependencies for activation e.g. product requirements, data and analytics capabilities, and predictive risk models.
- Insights: Collaborate with the Actuarial, Analytics and Applied Sciences teams to provide qualitative and quantitative insights that help the Activation team understand performance and inform the strategy
- Metrics and reporting: Collaborate with Analytics team to develop and track KPIs for patient activation programs and initiatives
- Project Management: Track and manage initiatives and ensure team is delivering on milestones in a timely fashion
- Governance & Communications: Manage meetings, prepare presentation materials, and lead on reporting (progress against targets, risks/opportunities etc.), across all forums including at the Senior Leadership Team meeting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in B2C healthcare marketing, patient engagement, consulting experience
- Experience developing and implementing consumer / member-focused strategies
- Proven track record of project management skills and successful execution of cross-functional projects
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and ability to generate meaningful insights
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of healthcare and value-based care
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
