Studio Manager

Fresh Twist is a leading Hunter Douglas window treatment gallery and design studio located in Elmhurst, IL, highly rated by both consumers and the interior design industry. We turn houses into homes with our extensive product lines of window treatments, furniture, rugs, art, and wallpapers.

Now, we're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, critical thinker who can successfully coordinate sales with managing order fulfilment, juggling installation details, providing high level customer service, and completing technical and administrative duties at our Elmhurst studio. Most importantly, you'll book in-home sales appointments while ensuring the client experience is immersive and positive and all client touch points are organized and delivered in line with the organization’s values and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Engage showroom customers by showcasing the latest products and styles
• Book in-home sales appointments on behalf of our specialists
• Price custom and non-custom design products and create proposals
• Manage orders, check order status and schedule deliveries and installs for all custom and Hunter Douglas products with our installation team
• Assist our design trade program by managing designer projects, creating job quotes and proposals and answering questions
• Provide ongoing support to in-home sales specialists (quoting, communications, tracking damages, coordinating repairs and returns) and be the liaison between vendor, receiving company, and client
• Manage events and photoshoots, update website content and develop and post social media content
• Remain abreast of new textiles through communication with vendor reps
• Keep our studio well styled and clean

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years in a face-to-face selling or customer service role (showroom experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong technical aptitude for basic measurements and math
• Goal and sales-driven, detail-oriented, personable, and energetic with strong communication, organizational and computer skills including social media proficiency
• Team player and fast learner with the ability to absorb new information and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in design OR experience selling luxury products, window coverings or home decor is an asset
