• 2+ years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Saks merchandise and services, fashion and trends and an understanding of product features and benefits in order to assist clients.
• Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve department sales goals.
• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Foundational Service Principles (Service Like We Mean It, New Kind of Seller, Culture of Style) and deliver exceptional service.
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships, keep existing clients in good standing, and maintain operational excellence and integrity.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $16.04 and $21/[hour/year]. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including candidate market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
