POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Modeling & Simulation Enterprise Applications (MSEA) product suite supports modeling and simulation (M&S) environments; trainer systems; test and evaluation (T&E); analysis; live, virtual and constructive (LVC); research and development (R&D) activities for DoD agencies and its international partners. All products are government owned, developed and managed. We are continually evolving synthetic environment generator that supports multiple platform/services training, testing, analysis and research and development.

• Assist a software development team in developing an advanced synthetic training environment to support military pilot training. You will apply tactical knowledge to support scenario development for customer training objectives, and test events.
• Supports as F-35 SME for the NGTS/JSE team.
• Conduct general subject matter research, analysis, correlation, and assessments.
• Assist in the NGTS introduction to fleet activities.
• Perform as the liaison between military personnel and NGTS Programmers.
• Participate in software test activities.
• Act as technical liaison to outside organizations.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA degree in Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mathematician
• 10 year’s aviation experience; 4 years experience with specified platform and systems
• Must have a military tactical background in 5th generation aircraft platform (F-35 or F-22)
