LOCATION: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT

COMPENSATION: $18.45/HOUR

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary, submission of pre-employment medical examination

(Section 148 of the Pennsylvania School Code), Submission of a report of criminal history record

from the Pennsylvania State Police (Section 111 of the Pennsylvania School Code), Submission of a

clearance report from the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare in accordance with Act 151 of

1994, Submission of the FBI Criminal History Record in accordance with Act 114 of 2006,

Submission of sexual misconduct/abuse disclosure release form in accordance with Act 168 of 2014.

Must be able to hear (maximum of 40 decibels loss); see with near acuity of 20 inches or less and far acuity of 20 feet or more; ability to sit for extended periods; subject to inside environmental conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit and occasionally required to walk or stand. The employee will frequently bend or twist at the neck and trunk while performing the duties of this job. The employee frequently repeats the same hand; arm or finger motion many times. The employee frequently uses hand strength to grasp tools. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds such as students. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision.
