• 3 years of MLS, MT, or MLT work experience in the clinical laboratory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Equivalent required.
• MLS with ASCP certification, or MT/MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, or specialty ASCP certification in the assigned department.
