Local position, does NOT pay per diem or travel.

Description:

• Demonstrated experience in directing skilled and semi-skilled tradesman as required by job assignment.
• Must be able to work from schematics, drawings, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
• Knowledgeable of all OSHA safety standards. In addition, must possess experience and ability to deal with customers management personnel, taking directions and guidance from them and reporting results.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Initiates correction actions and disciplines for violation of site procedures.
• Ensures work package construct ability, material and manpower allocations.
• Supports safety, Housekeeping and Schedule Compliance.
• Facilitates shift turnover, pre-job briefings and post-job critiques.
• Resolves field problems and develops work around plans.

Education/Experience/Training Requirements:

• A minimum of six years experience in craft of supervision.
• Some Supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
