Job description
Please note: for this position we are looking for someone to work at 2 locations during the week: Nuset Denver (2 days per week) and Nuset Arvada (3 days per week).

Our office places over 1,000 implants per year including highly sought zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Patients routinely come to our office for the most advanced dental treatment available. We are seeking a highly motivated dental assistant to work on our team of implant specialists. We will teach you skills to put you on the cutting edge of implant dentistry. You will never be bored in our office! You will assist on procedures that change people's lives every day!
The Surgical Assistant will work alongside the Oral Surgeon and assist them in live changing procedures while comforting and providing a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, professional individual with previous surgical experience.

Pay
$28-30 per hour, DOE
We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Surgical Assistants are required to perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Prepare surgical operatories by adhering to practice procedures and protocols
- Prepare patient for surgery by welcoming, seating, and soothing
- Thorough review of medical history, medications, and allergies for adequate care
- Provide chairside assistance to the surgeon and provide patients with post operative instructions
- Maintain supply inventory and order as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- You must possess an active RDA and X-Ray Certification
- Oral Surgery experience
- Experience with sedated patients is a plus
- You must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
